What began as a sewing machine at a college desk has grown into a women-led team of twenty, a studio in South Boston, and hundreds of pounds of clothing diverted from the waste stream. Every piece we make still has a handmade heart tag on the inside, because my mom always said to look for hearts, and we've been finding them everywhere ever since.
