Return & Refund Policy

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All other items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, email us at emily@emsthreads.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
